🍞 Great commercial by Panera Bread. Love their donation program. Seriously, hats off for everything they are doing.

Bottom line; Like so many other groups, they have an $80M a year bread problem. Kudos for managing the waste stream. But, that’s ~$35k a year per location in bread alone...
