Finding Balance: How Giving Up Led Me to a Healthier, Happier Life

🇳🇿 Since New Year holiday, I have been feeling great, well managed between, church, family, both 4 days work at ASB and Food rescue Friday. Every task I’m on it and done it effectively, I feel much better as I can see my results.

🥦 We opened new shop in Westgate, has managed daycare, primary and intermediate school kids at home.

🍏 It just seems too good to be true, because everyone is keeping telling me “you need to look after yourself” then I realised, didn’t I?

No, I’m not. Everything has achieved so far, me is not in any of those. That’s not good. I have feeling stressed constantly and lost almost 10kg of weight in past 5 months, I’m back in my high school jeans 👖

If I’m continuing what’s doing good, there’ll be nothing left for me, except bones 🦴, I don’t even like meat what I gonna do with bones🤣

It’s Easter, I remind myself it’s about Jesus Christ. Who gives up his life for us, but not giving up on himself. Never give up on me.

Therefore, I have to give up, on things and people which I don’t need at the first place, why should I care I need for tomorrow?

I need to give up on my crazy worries about future, everything is going to be good without me, but I’m not gonna be okay if me is not in me.

That’s what I have been thinking to do and I’m slowly feeling lighter and light 💡

Give up is step one ☝️ then I could have more time to do more amazing things to make these families happy again.
